Room is small, but it's really clean. Everything in good condition. Staff is really friendly. Good location. Price is ok

Good value for money. Clean and central location. Shampoo needs to be asked at reception but soaps are provided already.

Good Hotel for the price. 24 hour reception, service every day and close to the main street in Nice

It's in a decent location but the A.C. doesn't work to well. There is a mini kitchen but they don't supply any cutlery pans or plates. Only have us 1 key for 4 person room. Other than that no complaints

My one star is supposed to mean "I hated it" which is not true. It was a very convenient stopover. It was mostly clean and the neighborhood, near the train station was very iffy. But it was central and they offered a generous refund on the parking at the station. A fine overnight stay but would never book for >2 nights.
