Disgracefully expensive for the standard of accommodation! Loads of ants crawling around the bathroom and when we complained the manager told us that this was natural ! One of the staff came up with a mixture of water and vinegar and tried to execute them . Walls are paper thin and floors are sloping . Paid almost €700 for 4 nights excluding breakfast . Absolutely disgustingly overpriced.

My room didn't look like the one in the advert but you can't beat this place for location and the cafe is a tremendous place to sit with your laptop and get some work done.

The hotel is at great location. Try to get the room in top most floor(5th) as the balcony area is slightly bigger then the other floors. Also room 507 has more balcony space then the room in same floor. Sea view room is large and well equipped. Good breakfast spread. Water sport activities at the beach is very near. Great value for money. The only thing missing with this hotel is its own swimming pool but when you have a great beach ahead it doesn't matter.

Price and quality doesn't match. The room we had was not clean and wall tiles were broken in the bathroom. We didn't get a seaside view though we booked it. Don't know if the rooms with seaview are fine as it seems they are renovated (if you look at the room pictures from hotel's website).

Great location on seafront. Easy walk into town . Helpful friendly staff. Good breakfast buffet and great room's
