Very functional gym for hard training. All basic equipment can be found and some of the modern high-quality equipments (Hammer strength, Life fitness, Precor). Friendly service.

Excellent Gym!!!!! Absolutely lovely I can only recommend this place, super friendly, excellent atmosphere professional equipment!

Sadly this is about as close to a serious gym as you'll find in France. One squat rack, a couple of old rusty barbells (with almost no knurling) and just enough weights for an intermediate male lifter to squat or deadlift. More geared towards bodybuilding than powerlifting or the training for athletic performance. However, in this strength-deprived country it's better than nothing. And much better value than the nearby globo-gym (15 instead of 25 euro for a casual entry).

It provides the necessary weights and cardio (in case). However, there is no AC and the changing room and unfortunately the whole gym is very dirty. I would not recommend showering there!
