absolutely the worst hospital and intensive care ever. we are waiting for 4 hours now and people are redirecting us from one desk to another asking us the same questions while waiting to finally see a doctor.
i think people are treated like a business not patients needing help.
outrageous for a person who is paying 500 € per month to have a normal healthcare.

One of the worst experience of my life!!! I came in with an ambulance, I've waited for sooo long in pain, almost the all day, then they made me come back for a hand operation the next day! It was worst, ended up waiting the all day again. !!! Very disappointing !!!!!

Cardiology and emergency departments were both excellent!! Great nurses, Drs and nurses aides! I received excellent care and language barrier was not even a concern.

The urgence sistem in terrible. They dont care about what you feel or about everything you say. I wait more than 3 hours to someone say something to me.
What bad experience. The guy who's doing the first talk is super mean!!!
If you have another choice close to you and you're allowed to go there, please do it!

If I was a patient, I would be comfortable staying in this hospital. My friend spent a whole day waiting for her exam to be done. It's only at the end of the day that the doctor came in and angrily blamed her for not taking it... When all she did was being in the toilet when the nurse came looking for her. If you need good service and good treatment, I'm sure you can find better elsewhere
