My experience in a 5 day stay in october 17 was much better than most of the reviews of other clients.
Is a bit expensive but in paris all hotels are.

Ok room. Toilet and bath are not in the same room. Some noise in the evening and night. Good breakfast buffet

There's nothing wrong with this hotel, but there's also nothing that stands out as anything special. Staff have all been lovely during our 3 day stay and have appreciated the free, secure parking too!
Location is ok if you don't mind a walk. Nearest metro station is about 10 min walk away, but if you're visiting Paris then that distance is nothing compared to what you'll do during the day! There is a great shopping centre 2 min walk away which is handy. It's great for access by road, being near the A4 into Paris but before the peripherique.
Rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable but bathroom in our room had mould on wall due to lack of ventilation and generally it just needs some money spent to update.
For the amount of time we spent here though, it was perfect for our needs and I would probably stay here again.

overwhelming smell of cleaner covering up unpleasant smells. Rude manager and no AC even during the day through my stay. Road currently tore up and subway at least 10 minute or 20 minute walk away.

A nice hotel. The rooms clean and quiet. The breakfast is very good. A negative point is, that the bar and the restaurant close at 10 PM.
