We had a great stay here! Near a breadshop, the metro and some decent restaurants!

. This Hotel and its Management is DIS-HONEST, FRAUD,CHEAT AND LIARS. We made our reservations on ACCOR HOTELS Web site and it clearly says ‘ AIR CONDITIONED’ , OUR Reservation clearly says ‘PRICE INCLUDES Air Conditioning “ BUT when we reached the room –THE ROOM WAS HOT AS HELL and NO AIR CONDITION . There were controls on the wall but these were dummy controls, there was no air conditioning.
We came down to the reception and requested the lady to get the air condition fixed. First she suddenly forgets to speak English, NOW, she speaks only French. She wants to see where does it say in writing that this hotel is air conditioned, so we show her our confirmation print out. NOW she starts blaming everybody, ACCOR hotels / web site / web site designer, her manager everybody on earth and gives us 3 choices.;
1) we should open the windows.
2) she can try and give us a small fan
3) why don’t we just go away and get lost.
We asked to see the manager and the lady who comes out does not speak English, does not speak French she just doesn’t speak , she only makes faces and mumbles some non understandable gibberish..
We asked to refund our money and if they can help us find another hotel—THEY REFUSED TO REFUND OUR MONEY OR HELP FIND ANOTHER HOTEL. We refused to leave the hotel until they process refund to our credit card. She refused, when we threatened to call the police she runs inside and starts credit card refund but says it will take 4 days.
We made reservations and moved to HILTON at ORLY BUT it costed us 50 Euros from CDG to NOVOTEL and then again 35 EURO to HILTON ORLY ,

Nice location, easy access to Metro, clean, good services but limited facilities. Very kind team and nice play area for kids

The hotel is located at about 7 km from Paris and it's pretty easy to reach the centre of Paris seen that there is the Underground very close to the hotel (the trip takes almost 15 minutes). The surrounding area is very quiet. The hotel was really good, rooms were very big and comfortable and the staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good too. Next to the hotel there's a supermarket in case you need one.
