Short (10-15min) walk to Arc de Triomphe. Lots of food choices around. Hotel is good. Has a small pool, a nice bonus. Room got quite hot and aircon didn't do much to help

Staff are very friendly. Room was quaint and compact but we never needed more. Relaxed 10 minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe.

Located in a quiet street but not too far from Arc de Triomphe and metro stations. Helpful staff and average breakfast. Wifi is reliable.

Very Nice staff. We asked for a room with Street view, after one night they gave us a new room with street view and a balkony. would definitely Stay there again.

The manager told me that the one room that I wanted to reserve (which was available) was not reservable. He didn't care that I was looking to book for 6 nights, for my elderly mother. He arrogantly declared that he only reserves room-types, not room numbers. Great attitude for a small-time operation, with 45 rooms. Well, he helped me make my decision. This typifies Parisian customer service; if you don't get the service you hope for, you move along.
