Good budget hotel located right by the Hoche metro station.
Location was ideal for me as I was heading to a music festival at La Grande Halle de la Villette over a 3 day period.
Comfort and cleanliness were good. Price as well.
Only weak points for me were the broken toilet seat in the room (which I kept on reporting at reception, so I really do not blame them for not changing it) and the poor quality of the soap available in the rooms.
Overall, I can only recommend if you need to be/visit a site in the area.

It is a good hotel with a metro station near it. I like service and food there, the room was also good, clean and comfortable. We lived on the eighth floor, but the lift is quick there.

Great location just a minute's walk from the metro station. The windows open, which is nice, and the bed was comfortable. Clean room with comfortable bed and good sized bathroom... Buffet breakfast was sufficient and tasty. I'd come here again.
