Great little hidden hotel Freindly staff and nice rooms. It is tucked out of the way but is right by a metor line which is very convenient

Before giving my personal opinion, there is something to remark that anybody would find dangerous regarding this hotel.
The apartment we were located at was unsafe since there was an open hole under the bathtub that contained electric cables. This is a serious matter for the safety of any person staying here. Everybody knows that electricity and water are a bomb and here they are pretty close (after a shower, even being careful to avoid water going out of the bathtub and putting a towel, the water went right there). In the last picture it can be seen clearly the electric cables within that open hole.
We were not located at the hotel address. Instead, we were asked to walk from there with our luggage to a building 300-400 meters away. When we arrived the building, the room facilities were not as the booking said:
* There was no air conditioning. I understand Paris is a place that normally does not requires this but any hotel advertising air conditioning should have it in the room. That night was impossible to sleep without it because the hot was extremely high.
* There was no lift, which was a real inconvenience considering we were traveling with a 13 years-old children and an old woman with physical problems in her feet .
The room was not clean and there were breadcrumbs in the kitchen.
There was a pipe right in the bed where a person was sleeping, which were making constant noises, being impossible to rest.
After our experiences traveling all around the world, this one is the first one we have that is really negative.
In my humble opinion, the room was not worthy even half of the price we paid.
We complained the hotel during our stay couple of times, but they did not provided any solution alleging there was no other room available.
The surroundings had plenty of places where to eat, shop and enjoy our time in the area (much better than staying in that hotel).

Right above the Convention train stop, and very affordable. The one ding I have is the internet service is absolutely terrible. Otherwise we spent 3 nights here and we're extremely happy. Breakfast is about 9 EUR. They have a few international converters at the reception desk.
