The staff is very friendly the hotel is very clean and modern design room is not big and breakfast is very nice , metro station is near 3 min. Walk.

the cleaning service is bad (late and sometimes not fully done), while the kitchen and eating environments are very good. The reception is friendly!

I don't know why this place has such bad reviews. We really enjoyed it. Yes, the rooms are small, but they are cleaned each day and are really comfortable. Also, the staff is super helpful, even helped me to print some stuff for free! Also, breakfasts are really good for Paris: with fresh fruits, fresh orange juice, croissants, and yogurt. Totally recommended.
