There is one teacher (Michelle Leonard, who is actually the owner of the place as well), to be avoided at all cost: impatient, criticizes beginners without saying why (just saying you should take more courses before doing certain posture), impolite (saying "tu" instead of "vous" when my friend calls, with a stiff tone), does not trust (in order to enter the room, you have to show her all the 2 towels from out of the bag & a bottle of water & a carpet, otherwise she will force the material on you to charge more; and it is not enough just telling her that I have no shoes, she has to see it for real that I have no shoes to allow me to go inside).

Absolutely Love It!
Clean and comfortable studio with professional teachers. They all have same great methods but each teacher has different personalities, some are very sunshine and smooth, some are restrained and intense so it depends what you need and want for yourself when you attend the class. My favourite are definitely Coco, Eva and Dominique.
It's a life change experience physically and mentally per say.

While most staff here are quite personable, some teacher(Benjamin) can be really unprofessional and ill-mannered. I was being asked by the teacher if I could speak French. I smiled, No I don't but no worries I could follow your class since I have been practicing yoga for a few years. Instead of encouraging me, he regarded it as a challenge from me and somehow started yelling in the whole class saying "YOU ARE DEFINITELY NOT READY FOR THAT POSE! PLEASE STOP THERE"." "Students, don't look at him because he is a bad example". After class, He approached and saying, " You are very hard to teach" , "You have A LOT TO LEARN" and "Please stand by the end of the class next time because YOU ARE A BAD EXAMPLE for the class". He was still repeating the words after finding out I was only reassuring him before the class and absolutely no apologies. Deeply puzzled how this kind of people could become yoga teachers. Seriously.

Awesome studio! Very specious, clean and the best Yoga instructors, super friendly and very professionals. They will take the time to help you improve the yoga postures. Love it!

I have been to 10+ Bikram Yoga studios in 5+ countries. BYRG is by far the best I have seen: a peaceful oasis with the best facilities, the utmost cleanliness and hygiene, and greatly talented, committed, kind and respectful teachers to accompany your path and practice. Highly recommended!!
