Only in Paris for 3 days, great gym. Nice people too, always available to help and they speak english fluently.

Biggest pro is: even though this is a basement gym like the rest of them, I am getting great cellphone service with boyugues in there. 4G and all that. Which means podcasts and spotify galore. The biggest con is: French gym design. There is a GIANT threadmill room built for no reason since people can just run outside all year in Paris. This isn't Nebraska. There is a giant room which has like 5 yoga mats in it and that's it. Then, all of the "musculation" stuff like freeweights and a single squat rack are crammed into a tiny room. You pick up a dumbell and you have no place to stand and swing it around because you are shoulder to shoulder with machines. These are only two bench press rigs and zero real squat racks. Just the safety kind. The good thing is: all of the equipment is present. It's just that 90% of the actual gym is crammed into 25% of the space. Bizzare. But actually normal for Paris. Cheapest gym around if you are looking to just get your workout on.
