This was the first place I ate in Paris.
It won't blow you away, so don't expect some awesome dinner. BUT what I like about this place is that it's way casual and a great place to come here with a friend to enjoy a simple dinner and have a fun conversation. Nothing serious, it can't always be a serious dinning experience and that's a-ok. This place is perfect for that.
The price is right for this place. Not bad, but I won't be stopping here again when I return. If you're staying at the hotel down the street this place will work fine.

L'Enoteca was recommended by the clerk in a Marais wine shop. She was right. Top notch Italian food in a comfortable setting. Excellent service. Go.

I love Berthillon! This is the most amazing ice cream anywhere, and you don't want to miss it. Portions are small by American standards, but they just pack more flavor into a more sensible size. And the location can't be beat. It's just down the street from the apartment I stayed in on my last trip on Ile St. Louis.
