We enjoyed our stay in large part because of the staff and great view from the balcony. The front desk staff were very friendly and courteous, and never failed to greet us at any hour of the day/night. The room was comfortable and clean with a great view. The street traffic below was a bit noisy but not terrible, and the pull-down bed was decent if not exceptionally comfortable. Proximity to bus, tram and metro made this quite convenient, and nearby shops (especially the Monoprix across the street) made it easy to take advantage of the mini-kitchen. The lobby was quite clean and the general feeling of the interior was newly-redone.

Really going through bad services..... there is no shaving kit even,sugar, coffee, toothbrush kit etc. no other toilterlleries,few of reception people are rude.When I asked reception they said I dont have it.I mean why you writing about all these if you could not provide these things.This is first four star hotel where there no daily cleaning.There is no pool and fitness centre.When I asked them do you have umbrella she said we don't sell Umbrella, I was shocked by this rude answer.When I requested to change the room before anything the staff started with words that we will charge you 18euro for cleaning,I mean first understand that there is construction work going which disturbing me.Not recommend to any one.

I wouldn't recommend. The concept is great, but the rooms are simply not clean and not well maintained. We had to change the first room we got due to a broken sofa, dirty carpet and walls and even smell in the bathroom. The second room was better, but still not what's expected from a 4 star hotel. There are stains on the carpet...Staff is friendly and helpful though and the subway fairly close by (7 min walk). Oh, and the WiFi is unusable at the 7th floor.
