When my guide mention that Marais is a trendy district, he wasn’t kidding. As we sat here at Place Sainte-Catherine for a 5 mins break, the number of swanky Parisians, no doubt heading out to the cafes and bistros that lined this square. It’s off the busier shopping streets which makes it a great hideaway from the traffic and shoppers.
When my guide mention that Marais is a trendy district, he wasn’t kidding.
