We visited this place in the evening as it was listed as a really good place to take pictures of the Eiffel Tower and we weren't disappointed we had fantastic views of the Tower after dark, the only downside was the street sellers can be a little bit of a bother but a polite no thank you and they accept it and move on.

Love the views and love the atmosphere with all the little food places and tourist shops. But presence of large illegal street traders that can be quite nosy is a definite downside to the whole experience. Also being such a busy tourist place you have to have your eyes operating 360 degrees at all times otherwise you'll find that something is missing in your pockets later on.

Great view of the Eiffel Tower twinkling. Great place to hang out looking over the Eiffel. the gardens and the fountain are great to spend time around

Not many cities have such a nice garden with such an amazing view. The beauty of this place is that you can chill with your friends, take a walk with you girlfriend, or play with your dog and kids, and it will always be the best time you’ll have. It’s a truly remarkable spot in a wonderful city.

Beautiful viewing of the tower & a good place to take photos - especially group photos with the tower in the background. There are guys hawking cheap Eiffel tower souvenirs, but they are easily avoided if you're firm & keep moving. At night street musicians come to play & sing. The tower sparkles on the hour, but the feelings of party & camaraderie last the whole evening!
