This was an exceptional tour. The guide, Pascal, was punctual, spoke great English, and most importantly was very knowledgeable. He provided very important and interesting context for the visit to the Loire valley and its famous chateaus. He also had a very subtle and witty sense of humor, which for me was perfect.
The chateaus visited Ambois, Chenonceau, and Chambord were breathtaking and unique, each providing a different sense of history and purpose for their respective inhabitants, which Pascal described in some detail. Any time we had a question, Pascal was ready to answer. He was clearly well educated about history (not only French history, mind you!) and discussed matters such as architecture, art, and even etymology. A+. This tour is a must if you in Paris or the Loire area. And if you get Pascal to be your guide - you're in luck!

PÉSIMA la atención, No le daría ni una estrella. Si existiera la valoración -5 se la daría. Lamentable, que al llegar y preguntar sobre qué lugares visitar porque era la primera vez que estábamos en Paris , en un tono serio muy frances, nos dijo que sino teníamos ningún plan no podría ayudarnos. Por lo que preguntamos por un tour o paquete que incluyera los principales lugares, no nos contestó nada y nos dio dos folletos y que ahí decía todo. Y regreso a sus actividades. En cuanto al idioma, nos hizo el favor de hablarnos en inglés.....

"Panoramic" Paris bus tour by "Paris-trip" was a joke.
There were nothing panoramic about it. Tour guide was a bus driver, who was so "informative" -
"look at the left - it is so amazing", "look at the right - it is so amazing".
Do not repeat my mistake, do not use these people.

On our recent trip to Paris our travel agent booked two tours with Paris Trip, one to the beaches of Normandy and the other to Versailles Palace. Both guides were amazing and incredibly professional. We couldn't have asked for better trips. A little more time in the Palace at Versailles would have been nice but we only booked a half day so that's on us. Thank you for making our trip so memorable.
