I always book my hotels based on what I expect after reading reviews and the hotel's website. The hotel exceeded my expectations.
This is a very nice, modern hotel. The staff was very friendly. I booked a double and the room was spacious for the price range. It had AC. One interesting note, the toilet is separate from the shower for this room. I was a solo traveler, so this not an factor, but might be nice if traveling with family.
It is a short, if confusing, walk to the Reims train station. You have to use a tunnel under the train tracks. It is a comfortable walk to the Cathedral and a large number of restaurants.
I was mostly at the end of a long trip and needed to do laundry. The hotel has a pay service, but no internal washing machine/dryer. The is a laundromat about a 10 minute walk and a market about 5 minutes away.
This is definitely a hotel to consider if staying in Reims.

Pet friendly hotel just behind the station. Good sized comfortable rooms. Easy walk to town centre. We also used the hotel car park for €10 a day.

The quality of service and the room is great, the one drawback is the location. Although it is physically right behind Gare de Reims (train station), you have to cross the station's long underground tunnel and walk alongside a quiet road for about 5 minutes. Not a pleasant walk with heavy luggage, plus that particular exit is a bit unsafe especially when compared to the more bustling and touristy front facade of the station, which faces the city centre. So if you want to avoid that long daily walk to the tourist attractions on the other side of the Gare you either have to spend money taking the bus for 2 stops or rent a car.
Overall, however, the amenities of the hotel itself are good and the staff and generally pleasant.
