I stayed 8 days in this hotel. I observed a consistent and high quality service all over my stay there. Personnel is really friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet well furnished and good quality food (continental). SPA is a bit small (and no sauna) but cleaned. I wished I could have tried try one of the massage, not too pricey and sponsored by a good cosmetic brand (Talgo). Room service gets really busy when you don't order before 19:30 so ..be patient, it worths it ! :)

Very very bad service. The reception is not helpful at all. We accidently made a mistake in the booking and booked for the wrong date. We immediatly called the hotel to change the date, but they just wouldnt change it. The reception staff was also very rude.
There was still a room available for the same night for the same price and we wanted that room, but it looks like the hotel only cares about the money and not helping their customers...

Excellent business hotel. Wish I would have had more time to properly enjoy it. Definitely great for short stays.

Nice and friendly staff. The room is quiet and very clean. The room is tidy up and the towels are replaced every day. Convenient location. I have not try the pool but I think it is free.
