The worst company!!!! BEWARE!!!! Extra charges for no existing scratches!!! Do not rent a car from them!!!!

This place is a living nightmare. We had made a reservation on Expedia for Sunday at 9 am. This is outside of the agency's operating hours but they have a system by which they make keys available at a nearby hotel. However in our case (and for 5 other customers that same day) they claimed they didn't have our information available. We had to wait until 4 pm that day. The staff was adamantly unapologetic about the situation, blaming Expedia as well as their own company Europcar... In addition to being frustrated, that was just weird...
The only apparent saving grace was that the staff offered to change our reservation to reflect our actual pickup time, which had the effect of bringing down the total duration from 7 to 6 days. Well, upon returning the car we had to pay a fee that was *higher* than our Expedia quote. The purported reason was that there is a weekly price that happens to be less than a 6-day rental... It beats me why we wouldn't be charged the lower price, never mind the fact that our car was not available when we wanted to pick it up in the first place. However this logic was visibly foreign to the staff. I gave up and I am now pursuing the matter with Expedia...

Can't agree more! Such idiots! CANCLE the booking without any information?! Can't you even just send an email or make a phone call ?! Worst service! No communication! Thanks for ruining my journey!

Such idiots. Sending us on a trip with a car where the "ad blue" was missing...the car stoped on the way! I called before Europcar and they said all fine. Continue driving... well it was 2 am and we were stuck in the middle of nowhere! Absolutely sucks!!!!
