Decent hotel. Clean. Small room. Air conditioning wasn't working but it didn't matter that much as it wasn't extremely hot. Noisy in the street but the windows block the sound well.

Rooms are very small. Same for the bathroom. Luckily we are thin, otherwise would be difficult to use the shower. Ok for one night. The building is a bit rundown, it needs maintenance and especially a good cleaning. Carpets on the hallways were quite dirty. So was the downstairs toilet.
A good 20 minutes walk along the river (no promenade, just a dirt track) to the old town. Or catch the tram.
Staff were kind and helpful.
Breakfast was excellent.
Free outdoor parking. Free wifi.

Our check in guy was cheerful and smiling and helpful. Despite the hotel's few failings, we had a decent stay. And at that price, it was worth it, for one night.

The staff was great and always willing to ask questions. My dissatisfaction though with the hotel was the lack of AC and because of that the room was always hot. I was unable to sleep comfortably with a full night's rest cause of it. If your coming here during the summer avoid this place. The rest of the year than I think it would be good.
