Very nice rooms but AC was too weak so it is hot, the bad design that the junior suite has only one AC opening in sitting area nothing in the bed area so it is hot, called several times they said one time the lowest is 17.5 but it is not another time they said the technical team checked it and fixed it but nothing changed more calls after that with no solution! After all I asked for a fan to get some air while I sleep! The location is very nice lots around it the separation of toilet and shower is a very bad idea no refill water!

Hotel in the centre of Strasbourg. Actually a nice hotel, but I can give only 3 stars when I have to compare it to other Sofitel hotels around the world.
It's a very ugly building and the bathroom is not as modern as I'm used to when I go to other Sofitel hotels. Breakfast is ok.

Very nice decor. Perfectly situated right by the river in Strasbourg. I was only here for a fleeting visit, but the staff were kind and courteous.

A huge modern hotel in a very central location. Very clean and had all the amenities. Room was perhaps a bit on the smaller side and the bathroom had a tub shower that we both commented frightened us getting in/out due to the elevated height.
We walked everywhere from our room. Overall a good experience and I would recommend the hotel.
