They charged almost double the rental price. After trying to reach someone for several days by telephone and email I learned it was because the car was parked in the garage, although it belongs to the same car park and I was told that this is alright during returning the key (I would have reparked it of course, if I've been told to do so).
Also here got no receipt.
I can only agree with Sanne: "Taking the car back to the firefly office in Toulouse Airport is NO FUN!!! It is impossible to find the way down there.. Help your customers with this firefly- by putting up signs."
Summary for me: Firefly never again for me. Competitive prices and earning money on cheap tricks.

As of yet can't fault them. By far the cheapest and not to bad car. A pretty much fully loaded new Ford Fiesta. Category B.

Very dissapointing, litle criminal behind the desk.
1. tried to sell me insurance I allready had.
2. chanced the returning time on the contract without asking me.
(and then tried to charge me for an extra day)
3.then he changed the returning date!
When all this scams did not work it was all of a sudden impossible to change the date back.
Last but not Least: beware of the mirror trick!!! The outside mirror cap is put on by hand (allready broken), no dammage visible!! When you use the brakes 1 time the entire cap comes off!!!
Took me 2 hours extra to get this car, firefly never again.

I was charged extra insurance which I already had through another company. Firefly car hire Toulouse charges us for extra insurance after returning their questionable 'car.' Their customer service is deplorable, the cars are dented and badly administered. We have hired cars from Hertz and EuropeCar from Toulouse, both were good experiences, however, everything about our experience with Firefly car hire Toulouse was negative.
I was charged extra insurance which I already had through another company. Firefly car hire Toulouse charges us for extra insurance after returning their questionable 'car.' I've been charged extra after delivering the (great!!) car back - and have not heard why or got a receipt.
The car was about hall full with petrol when I picked it up and I took it back with more than half full tank of petrol. Perhaps the about 100euro extra charge comes from this - but I WOULD LIKE firefly Toulouse Airport would return my phonecalls, so we can sort this out please.
