Great room, fantastic staff. Excellent views from room 32. Loved it. A bit of sanity from streets in this eclectic artsy boutique hotel

Our view of the river was great, and the location was good. However the room was very small, and wifi is rate limited at 500kbps, which is not enough to do any video chat, skype etc. After informing staff about this they said nothing could be done until business hours, so i decided to check out early in order to have a job interview in the states. Then the hotel refuses to issue a refund for nights i didn't stay (after giving them 24 hour notice).
Don't stay here for business.

We found the hotel to be very convenient for sight-seeing as it is situated just off the old bridge "Pont Neuf" and very central near Place Capitole. The rooms were okay, and very charming.
