Great staff who are very happy to help with whatever they can. Breakfast in the morning is also very nice. A great budget hotel

My wife and I stayed here on June 6th for a week. We enjoyed our stay due to the staff being friendly and helpful, good breakfast, handy location for the railway station and the city centre wasn't too far away..
However our room 110 was disappointing in that the A/C didn't work, door curtaining wouldn't close and the bathroom window, right next to the shower, was in a poor condition. A slip of the feet ( no bath mat ) and one could be through the glass. Not the Ibis standard we've been used to.
