My rating is at the bottom for guest security.
Our room was on the ground floor. I noticed the room window would open all the way (no mid-position lock), a situation which made me very uncomfortable. I placed all our valuables away from the window. During the night I heard rustling outside the window. I yelled and someone outside the window ran away.
It's an okay hotel but don't leave your room without locking the window and if you leave the window open at night be extra careful where you place your valuables.
