Positives: comfy bed, ensuite with separate bathroom and shower, very clean and great location. Negatives: not enough wardrobe space (just 6 hangers) and no drawers for clothes, no air-conditioning and paper cups provided in the rooms for tea and coffee.
There's no car park, but there is a secure car park called Nouveau Siecle round the corner which charges 11.80euros for 24 hours.

Well located to easily walk around the town centre. Room is comfortable. Two quibbles: the toilet being completely separate from the bathroom and the staff wanting to clean our room when we had the do not disturb sign on the door.
