Outdated. Poor breakfast, rooms not heated properly (or not heated at all). With a proper management could compete with any 5 star hotel given the sheer quality of the building and location.

First of all take up all your stuff because it might be stolen and they probably not going to accept any responsibility for it, there also very rude plus the breakfast is disguising , the swimming pool had no one there to take care of their it's very unsafe the hotel lights are very bad as well as when you put the card on your door for house keeping they never come the restaurant food is un edible my friends came and got food (steak) poison. If you go to a massage and leave any valuables they do not return it for example my £1500 watch and bracelet and they DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH AT ALL!!! Also when you don't want someone to clean your room when you are not in they clean it without permission. I would never come back here again and would not recommend it at all. And the TV has only their language nothing else. The refrigerators was broken and also the cooler.
