BE CAREFUL!!!
I rented a car from Sixt, Aachen. And I delivered the car on time. So far everything is clear and nice! However, I received TWO DAYS after delivery an email indicating that I have to pay around €800 for a very small and tiny scratch on bumper!!! If there was any new damage they could complain upon delivery or latest one day after delivery, but not TWO DAYS! Also they charged me for this tiny and small scratch around €800!!!!! See the pic.
Mentioning that since I did't get into any accident, it is IMPOSSIBLE to have this scratch during my rental period. Now I understand when they insisted on selling a full-insurance by stating "we can not guarantee anything if you don't have a full-insurance for your rental car".

My experiences with this car rental branch are very good. Upon arrival we got the chance to choose our car from more than 8 cars within the cathegory. The car was almost new and in perfect state. The service at the desk was very good and quick. I especially want to compliment the staff on their excellend English.
I also like their very clear website and very clear terms and conditions. I hired a car here twice, and both times it was a very good experience. I'm going back to Sixt in Aachen!
