vehicle booked was not avialable. not really a alternative were offered: 1st mercedes A 45 AMG (with extra cost); 2nd Opel Zafira MPV (for free). downgrade to a more compact vehicle was not possible. I choose merced A because was more compact and driveable in the city traffic than an MPV.
the car was ok but it has cigarette smell inside because the ashtray was not really clean.
At the dropp off parking the employee found some marks on the right side posterior wheel; I eventually tried to explain that they were there before and that it was clear that those marks were
not possible without any signs on the tyre but he was not able to speak english. Fortunately I had all insurance on.
at the end of the day:
- 24hrs opening is really good.
- buy all possible insurance because you'll save money at the end of your rental.
- be prepared to not have what you choice during booking.
- be prepared to deal with no-english speaker (at the parking);
- be prepared to discover the real amount of your rental only few days later .
- petrol station are not so easy to find close to the location: better to ask to the staff.

really unflexible, no customer service, just rules and no nice people. take europcar or budget but don't burn your fingers with the mainstream host rental partner.

I picked here my DriveNow Card, personal was English speaking but asked for an meldung and credit card which was used for payment. This documents were not listed in the document list but it is a DriveNow issue, not Sixt.
