Very expensive to watch my 3d Spiderman (2017) movie in German and there was no English subtitles and no English possibilities (I took at 17 o'clock). 3d glasses have to be paid (no other possibility and I hate 3d as my eyes don't see clearly and all is fuzzy and dark with the new glasses). The screen was horribly small for such a high price. Do not expect to take an ice-cream 20 min before your movie as employees are working very but very slow (not only in this cinema, it's the Berlin way like in Australia)... After a little queue (10 people in front of me) and waiting for 15 min ; I didn't move much... I had enough and went to my cinema room without anything to eat. I was happy as there was about 30 people only in the room. I will try again that cinema as I don't like to have a bad feeling about Berliners and that cinema.

Cinema place at the heart of Alexanderplatz station.It was a great experience .The staff speaks Englisch and friendly.

Was a beautiful place. The seats are very comfortable and only cinema in Berlin that is in English
