Nice Location but to much noise. Old hotel with need off renovation. Friendly staff and so so breakfast. No parking so have to park far away on other side of block. Don't bring your old mum or dad or very small children cause there are a lot of stairs where ever you go. Our elevator was broken so we had to use stairs 5 floors with luggage. 'No Return Hotel"

A great hotel on a very convenient location. A lot of high rated restaurants (Thai, Turkish, Japanese, German cuisines) near by (5-10 mins walk). Very friendly and welcoming staff.

Augusta was an old world hospitality experience with the luxury of its being very centrally located and imbued with all necessities in a home like atmosphere. Staff were not just courteous and friendly, they went out of their way to help. Breakfast was excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel to any visitor in Berlin.

The room and amenities were good, but when they received my lost bags (which the airlines repeatedly told me were at another airport) they did not bother to call my room or alert me that my bags were there, even though both were clearly labeled with my name. After several days of stress and many phone calls I contacted the hotel only to find out that they bags were there the whole time and that I "didn't bother to ask them" so they didn't say anything. Terrible service.

The reception and lunch are quite small, there are two woman who manage the place, one is uh...a bit scary, germany style, the other is quite happy and sociable. The breakfast is varied, with the famous local sausages included and some foods without meat. The guests come from all around the world. The Rooms are nice, but small, depending on the room you get if I recall right you will have to got through the garden in the cold from an elevator to another to get to your room, there is no luggage help, you will take them upstairs alone.
