Clean beds, comfortable and well equipped room. One of the elevators was out of order and made it annoying to go to the room at the 5th floor.

Very centrally located hotel in Berlin. Most of the attractions are easy to get to from the hotel. We stayed in the family room and loved it. We found the breakfast selection basic but otherwise everything was in order at the hotel.

Nice and friendly hotel.
The breakfast buffet was smaller than I've been used to from other Novotel hotels but still good.
Walking access to important tourist spots also a plus.

The multilingual staff were very helpful and polite. The hotel has good access to the city via the station nearby and local bus services. The bar has a large selection of alcoholic and soft drinks. The rooms are larger than normal hotels. The beds are very comfortable, but there seemed to be an absence of pillows on some beds. The bathroom, with walk in shower and large bath, is separate to the toilet. There is no clear instructions for the soap dispensers, which caused an issue, we later found out that is is dispensed by sqeezing the plastic container. The TV is large and has many channels from all around the world. There is little noise cancelling as you can hear noisy people walking down the corridors when trying to sleep. The beds make a loud noise sometimes, which may be heard in other rooms. There are tea and coffee facilities in the room. Overall, it was a nice stay in a nice hotel in a nice location.
