location is convenient to many shops and transit stops, friendly and helpful front desk people, nice sizeable room cleaned well daily, just missing a fridge or it would be great.

In travel for business I had a problem with my reservation despite a receipt from my travel agency. At the end ( the receptionist preferred to discuss with young ladies) I got a small room in the back yard.

The Hotel is great... It is posisioned quite well to the different Subway stations that let you go anywhere real quickly!

Nice and friendly staff. Good location. Pretty large rooms. Great beds, even the extra bed is wide and cosy! (Bedsofa, King size)

Ok place to stay. Trainstation Berli. zoo is near and some nice Restaurants and Bars are nearby as well. Hotel itself is clean and with basic rooms. Nothing bad but also nothing fancy. Perfect for a short term stay.
