I'm eagerly sharing my experience here, first of all about the insurance company itself: they are magnificent, really flexible, always available for help. And they easily tolerate laziness of their customers (specifically talking about myself in reporting changes in my employment...).
About this office, at first I wanted to name the lovely helpful employees I have been to, but as I thought I may forget someone, I can only say they are awesome. They have always helped me. I have always left their office completely satisfied. Thank you all :)

Exceptionally GREAT. They are all friendly which is seldom to see in Germany (specially Berlin), the only place that have given me the peace of mind to use my poor German. And they completely understand what you need and do it exactly as you wish. I have been there more than ten times and never had to wait more than 10 minutes. Whish them more success and 100% recommend Barmer.
