Practicing at Ashtanga Yoga Berlin changed my practice as a yogi, concentrated atmosphere, convenient opening hours, the pleasant room and very good teachers that take the time to personally teach, assist and guide each practitioner made the difference for me. Traditional mysore Ashtanga style. Nice studio with garden view. Free Manduka mat if you are traveler. Grishcha is the best teacher.
