I was the only person at Tuesday evening class and this was my first experience of Ashtanga yoga. The instructor was visibly nervous and absent-minded. Without an exaggeration, after less than 5 minutes of breathing exercises he impolitely asked me to leave the studio ''since I was obviously incapable of following his instructions''.
A very strange experience all in all - I wouldn't recommend this studio to anyone!
