I completed a 200h Yoga Teacher Training Program at Freistilyoga Berlin Kreuzberg in January 2016. The studio gave me the opportunity to do this without travelling to Dharamsala, while bringing the spirit of Dharamsala to Berlin through Yogi Sivadas. The studio is very warm and welcoming. It has a very comfortable atmosphere. I loved the lamps. I loved the meditation pillows with their individual colours and patterns on them. All the yoga teachers I met at Freistilyoga, that came to teach classes, were beautiful people. I enjoyed the international flair, a wonderful melting pot of different cultures. That is all thanks to Eric Winkelmann, who leads the studio. Eric is big in his kindness and his welcoming understanding of people. He provided the best balance for me on the strenuous training course. Eric is one of the best listeners I have met. He really does listen. He doesn't act as if he is. The feedback he gave me was meaningful and thoughtful, and I knew it was meant for me, and not just arbitrary feedback. Thank you, Eric. Thank you, Freistilyoga Berlin. All the best to you!

Really nice studio in the best area of Berlin. Teachers are very supportive and very well qualified. They have small classes, so the student gets all the attention needed. It's a good place to train and definitely to learn more about yoga

Wonderful studio by the river, just next to Kotti.
