24 hour service and even on Sundays. Lots of tredmils, steppers, muscle stretching machines, etc. A big hall divided into two portions having different kind of machines. Need to explore the trainer's service. Overall a good experience here.

Not the newest McFit studio but OK. It has a pretty small free weights area with limited benches.
