I was satisfied staying in your hotel. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, breakfast is great. 2 suggestions: 1. Inform your guests about directions to Boarding house and to dinig room, especialy those who are staying first time in your hotel. 2. There wasn't hot water in the morning and no warning about that.

Dear sir , it's my pleasure to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay in your wonderful hotel , evrythying was perfect roomwise , servicewise & foodwise , looking forward to book in soon . By the way my wife forgot her umbrella most probably in the drawer below the hangers , we were in room 422 , for your kind care , thanks , Dr.Osama Massoud

Excellent service. Spacious room, great for a family of four like ours. Top location, quiet, but very close to restaurants, shops, and very well connected with S/U stations a few steps away.

Extremely pleasant and helpful staff, delicious breakfast. Some rooms are opposite train tracks, but front desk was happy to move me to a quieter room.

Disgusting room, smelt of sewage. The receptionist treated me like an idiot and thought it was funny. We walked out without staying the night. Disgusting treatment.
