Heute war dann die Krönung! Nachdem der Pool seit Wochen geschlossen ist, kam man heute gar nicht erst ins Studio! Angeblich Stromausfall, lächerliche Ausrede, in dem Gebäude brannte überall Licht! Es ist nur noch eine Frechheit!

Die meisten Geräte funktionieren nicht, dreckig + der Pool ist meistens gesperrt. Nicht weiter zu empfehlen! Unfreundliches Personal, im Ruheraum liegt alles durcheinander irgendwo!?

horrible customer service. took forever to find my id to give back because the person I gave it to was not there. so disorganized.

Managed by Jopp AG they have the worst customer service i have ever encountered !!!!!!.
We joined in January the Europa Centre Gym ....our contract stated we could train from 16th March 2015.
We arrived to train that day....yet it was not open.....
The Building was empty .. we had received no official notification from Hard Candy about the situation and the sales staff ,just said it would open in April " yet no apology" . upon the 18th April , the Gym was still not open......the sales staff then said it opens 1st May 2015... yet the interior was still a building site ...today 5th May,,it is still not opened....
We have written emails and called the company Jopp who control the gym, yet no reply .
They have not officially sent us confirmation of membership ,we have no membership Number or card , yet they have taken money off our Bank account..........
I really do not recommend this Gym for customer service!!!!!
To this day we still await a reply to various email and a letter handed in to the sales office...
