Bloß nicht kaufen. Die Ware ist das gleiche wie bei anderen Anbietern nur 3-400€ teurer.

Sofa gekauft für 1175€ und beim Aufbau befand sich ein Metallstück im Gewinde eines Fußes. Aufbau nicht möglich.

1175€ für Schrott?!?

Keine Empfehlung. Geld sparen und bei der Konkurrenz kaufen. Ist eh das selbe. Keine Qualität.

If there was an option, i wouldn't give a star. We bought mattresses and it took over 3 months. Further more when it finally arrived, they never called to inform us. And didn't apologise for the delay.
The bielefeld's branch, customer service is horrific. The staff we delt with were very unfriendly and very unprofessional. They lied to us on many occasions when we called, saying they sent emails and letters to inform us of the delay, which we never got.
We will never shop there again. And won't advice anyone to.
DON'T BUY STUFF THAT ISN'T ON STOCK.
