Vielleicht nicht perfekt, aber für die Nahversorgung in Poppelsdorf sehr wichtig.

I go to the pharmacy store to ask for a syrup to treat a dry cough and they give me, without informing me, a naturopathic remedy that costs 9.90€ and contains alcohol.
I realize at home so I go back to the store and complain. She asks me what is wrong with that and I answer that there is no evidence that naturopathy works and that maybe I do not drink alcohol because I am intolerant or I am a Muslim so she has to inform me. Her answer: are you Muslim? (implying that it is obvious that I am not). And she adds that the company assures that the product works.
I freak out and reply: "just give me something that works". She then gives me two options of syrups and I just pick up one at random because I am infuriated. The real syrup is cheaper and I get some money back. I leave the store and I look at the bottle: it is an expectorant. An expectorant for a dry cough! What is wrong with her!
I go back to the store. Her boss comes out and SHE is super mad at me for complaining! She gives me the other syrup and asks me to get out of the store. I say I want to file a complaint but I get kicked out.

Gibt bessere Apotheken in der näheren Umgebung.
Nicht so freundliches Personal und auch bessere Öffnungszeiten bei anderen.
