No-nonsense, low-cost gym for folks who want to get in, train, and go. If you want to work out seriously, it's all you need. And since the refit, it looks pretty stylish inside and offers more modern ways to train. If it is too busy at peak times - no problem: it's open 24/7, so get in there at 6am before you go to your job.
