Marcell is a wonderful teacher with a great passion to share his knowledge of the ashtanga yoga practice. His enthusiasm for teaching and helping others explore their yoga journey is visible not only during class (when he gives helpful advice and adjustments, thereby providing new stimulus and challenge in one's practice) but also after class when he takes time to answer any questions. He creates a very down-to-earth atmosphere and takes the time to get to know students, which facilitates progress and learning in a way that is optimal for each practitioner.
Unfortunately, I don't live in Bremen and cannot attend classes at YO-MA often. I'd be thrilled to have such a studio and teacher in my town. What a luxury!!!
Marcell came to visit us in Groningen recently to give an ashtanga yoga workshop. We all enjoyed it and cannot wait for the next workshop with Marcell.

I found the atmosphere of the place to be very friendly and positive. Really liked Marcell´s teaching. He approaches all levels of students with sincere interest and appreciation for the effort they put in their practice. I felt that within a few times that I have been there my yoga is becoming better and I start to have a better understanding about alignment and how my posture should be. I would definitelly recommend YOMA to everyone that does Ashtanga or is interrested in discovering this path of Yoga.

I travel from Hamburg to Bremen just to take classes with Marcel. He makes sure his students learn to do yoga correctly and his teaching style is natural and easy to follow. What I like most is that his knowledge is tranferred to his students, which I really appreciate. Everytime I am there I learn something new and improve my practice. The studio is beautiful and the other students are really friendly. If you can go to YOMA, go!

This studio has a very relaxed, calm atmosphere and is very welcoming to newcomers. I learnt very much and my yoga improved dramatically thanks to the wonderful teachers! I really enjoyed it!!!!!!

Marcel is a great teacher! I love practicing yoga at Yoma. I go frequently and my practice has really developed under Marcel's guidance. I would highly recommend him to anybody.
