The staff has been extremely courteous. The breakfast is great. The rooms are larger and more open than the downtown hotels my colleagues stayed in and the side toward the canal has a great view. The shower is frosted glass rather then enclosed, so be comfortable with those you room with if applicable. The building's architecture is unique as well, it looks like a stilted ship, allowing convenient parking as well (not as easy to come by downtown).

Clean and quite hotel. View across the harbour is nice at breakfast and from the rooms. Staff friendly and helpful

Nice hotel, very new and big rooms. The breakfast is quite complete. The only regret is that wifi connection is not too reliable

Overall very nice hotel: spacious rooms with nice harbor views. Excellent beds, Sky premium television available in rooms at no extra charge. Very fast WiFi, but reception in room was poor even though it was very good right outside of it, so maybe an issue in other rooms as well. Rich, wide-ranging and well-prepared breakfast buffet. Location fascinating in its own right, but not central to most of Bremerhavens main attractions.
