The Team is friendly, but the face a problem, that there's no car to rent. I've reserved two week before. When i came to the station, there was no car, i've reserved, no car as alternative, no car at near by station. Even there was no message, no call that i wouldn't get a reserved car at all. So, if someone is planning to use this rent service, should keep in mind some plan B, or look for other companies.
