Cosy hotel. Delicious breakfast. Near city park and city center. Everything was super, room, bathroom, the bed, very exclusive, but for me it hasn't something special

Great location is visiting near by organisations or University. Welcoming (excuse the pun) and very help staff. Parking available nearby at Quark. Restaurant had good food and a nice relaxing atmosphere.

3rd hotel I have stayed at in Darmstadt and by far the best room. Super spacious. No AC, but it was only warm my first night. Friendly staff. My first room smelled Smokey and they switched me to a different room quickly and trouble free. Nice laid back staff in the restaurant, but the food is just ok. Walking distance to the main square with lots of other eating options.
3rd hotel I have stayed at in Darmstadt and by far the best room. Super spacious. No AC, but it was only warm my first night. Friendly staff. We, 2 adults, 2 small dogs, needed a place to stay for one week, before moving into our new home. The location of the hotel is great.
We had asked for a quiet room and got nr. 459. When I made the reservation by phone, the lady did NOT make me aware of the construction site just behind the hotel. There was no room available that was better suited, so we stayed in 459. It would have been nice to get a little "sorry", say a voucher for breakfast or such.

Our entire experience from booking to checkout was excellent. We were travelling as a family group and my husband is confined to a wheelchair and requires an accessible bathroom. We were very well looked after from my very first questions about room set up and provisioning and layout of the bathroom, through to the end of our stay. This was our first hotel experience that was truly comfortable for my husband which means he will likely be less reluctant to travel in future. That is no small thing and I thank you Welcome Hotels Darmstadt!
