The staff I found was extremely unhelpful and especially rude. I would highly recommend training the personnel to be more polite and be aware as to how to treat their customers. I was looking at one of the car seats and it's bases and she simply comes over and asks me not to touch it. Well she should've come over to ask me if she could help!!!! I am 8 months pregnant in a shop and not attended for over 30 minutes and then I get this attitude from the lady. Her tone and body language was extremely rude and she made me feel as if I did not have the capacity to buy anything because I am a person of color. Well this attitude by staff from such a reputable shopping house is utterly disappointing and your staff should be trained to understand the fact that the skin color has nothing to do with a persons buying capacity!!!!
