Entrance is free and you can get a nice view on all different kinds of plants. Definitely recommendable if one is into that/finds it interesting.
Can also be used to be a silent place in a city (at remote areas with park benches)

This garden is not very big and not very impressive. It has a big variety of plants and it is good for walking but nothing too impressive
